We strive to provide a valuable and informative experience, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content presented during the summit. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the summit.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the summit at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these TOS or is harmful to other participants or us.

Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of the VIP Pass and its instant-access bonuses, all VIP pass sales are final. Strictly no refunds will be issued.
If you experience technical issues that prevent access, we’ll do our best to resolve them — but purchases are non-refundable.
VIP Pass access is granted to a single user only. Sharing your login, materials, or replays with others is not permitted. Violations may result in revoked access without refund.
We expect all participants to uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional standard when engaging in live sessions, community forums, or networking events.
All content inside the VIP Pass portal, including videos, audio, PDFs, templates, and speaker resources, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, repackaged, or resold in any form without written permission from JUST Creative and the original content owner.
JUST Creative reserves the right to update the VIP Pass offering, change content access, or make speaker or schedule adjustments at any time. Any major changes will be communicated in advance via email.
In the unlikely event that the summit is canceled entirely, VIP Pass holders will receive continued access to any already-available content, but refunds will not be issued.
Some speakers and partners may offer bonuses or tools that include affiliate or referral links. These links may provide JUST Creative or the individual speaker a commission at no extra cost to you. Use of such links is optional, and we only promote tools we believe are valuable to brand builders.

This add-on is separate from the Brand Builders Summit 2026 VIP All Access Pass and does not include access to any 2026 summit sessions, 2026 VIP content, 2026 speaker bonuses, or future summit content unless specifically stated.
The 2025 summit vault includes access to past summit content only. It does not include access to any encore sessions, live events, live Q&As, workshops, panels, community events, sponsor promotions, giveaways, or time limited bonuses that were available during or after the original 2025 summit, unless explicitly listed on the checkout page.
